Staying fit is not an easy task. It takes a lot self control to acheive a fit body. You would have to exercise daily and watch what you are eating. You have to count how many calories you are taking daily and try to burn that calorie, if you can do that, than you are good to go.

I work out at an all womens gym and is it just me or the people running the show a little touched. As a part time aerobics instructor i can safely say that most pople can stay reasonably fit by working out a minimum of 3 times per week...just a 30 min.workout..its worth it !!!! just my thoughts on gyms and people who go there... unless your an athlete or are seriously sculpting your body i think gym are a waste of time, with a good diet you spend a half hour in the morning and run a mile and do some pushups situps and get the same results, at least for me.
